Refund Policy

Returns / exchanges
Within 30 days of receiving your item, please email if you are not happy with it for any reason. Please email before sending returning your item to confirm your desire for a refund or exchange and include a photo of the item. We will then confirm next steps with you.

As a summary, if we’re at fault, eg the item is damaged / faulty or it’s an incorrect item (obviously we try our best to avoid all of these scenarios but mistakes can happen), we will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the returned item. Please let us know the tracking number so we can follow up with the courier as needed. If this item is then exchanged, we will cover this cost too.

In all other instances, you will be responsible for the cost.

Costs for shipping with returns / exchanges
Defective / damaged / faulty / wrong item delivered - we will take care of return charges. If you notice something not quite right with any of the materials, please let us know. We are happy to replace and will take care of the return charges.

Sizing - you’re responsible for return charges and we’ll send the replacement at no charge to you.

If you have concerns about your sizing, please contact us before you check out so we can discuss and help you to select the correct size. Most products have sizing guidelines with them but we know sometimes a chat or an email can be a bit easier! We would like to help you get your sizing right from the start. Email with any questions.

Exchange - we will send you an email once we’ve looked at your product so you know where they are up to in the process. Then we’ll order a replacement for you and you will receive regular updates via email about the order status and shipping.

Refunds - we will send you an email once we’ve looked at your product so you know that we have reviewed it. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. This can take a few days to appear.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank directly. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
