Carbon-neutral Shipping
Shipping around the world has its limitations so to offset our carbon dioxide emissions, Diving Is Life participates in a program with Pachama

While the ocean absorbs roughly 30% of the carbon dioxide is released into the atmosphere, forests are a more scalable and cost-effective way of reducing carbon dioxide.

Pachama focuses on removing carbon through restoring forests with the assistance of Artificial Intelligence.

AI is also used to help calculate the carbon dioxide emissions resulting from our shipping which we then offset.

All orders over USD120 are free regardless of where in the world they are being shipped.

Customs & Taxes
International orders may incur additional tax or customs charges on delivery.

Please check with your country’s relevant customs authority in regard to any VAT, taxes, custom fees or any additional charges your country places on imports as you will be responsible for these.

These fees may delay the arrival of your goods as they may be reviewed for a bit longer in customs.

Hong Kong & Japan Deliveries
Post offices in both countries are currently not providing delivery services. You will be required to collect your parcel directly from the post office. Both post offices have advised packages not picked up in time will be destroyed.

Please double-check your shipping address is correct before you hit “check out”.

While we will do what we can to fix an error, we may not be able to without incurring an additional cost for you to receive a replacement shipment.

Production Time

All of our products are made to order and generally take between 2-15 days to produce. Most products average 4 days production. 

Shipping
As we have various manufacturers, products are shipped as they are ready from each location. This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers if you are ordering more than one product.

Standard Shipping Costs
These vary based on the amount you have in your cart at checkout and where you are sending them.

You will pay less for shipping based on the more you have in your cart as we are able to pass on discounts that we have been offered.

>$120 is FREE for anywhere in the world

Express Shipping
Express shipping is generally around 3 business days in the US and up to 15 days depending on your country. It can take a little longer depending where you are and how remote it is.

We’re able to offer the below Express Shipping rates on selected products and locations.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer express shipping on other products or to other locations at this stage.

Conditions for Express Shipping
If your order contains one of these items plus others, the entire order is not able to be express shipped. If you do have a mixed order and would like one of the above express (eg hooded blanket), please email us at sales@divingislife.com to arrange.

For all Express Shipping an email address and phone number must be included otherwise your item will not be delivered by the courier service.
